How long should I expect to receive my KwithHeart items?

Once your items are popped in the mail, you should receive your order between 1-6 working days. Sorry for those in WA... yours will take the longest to arrive.

If your order is urgent, please make a comment in the note to sender in PayPal.

Can I ship Internationally?

YES! My website only features the most frequently requested locations. If your location is not available on the drop down button the best way we can make it happen is via a quick email to me ([email protected]) and I'll send you an invoice for payment.

Please note: I do not make any profit on the shipping, and all prices are set by Australia Post and are in $AUS,  and are subject to price increases which are super annoying).

I live on the Gold Coast, can I pick up my items instead?

Sure thing, I'd rather you spend that money on a coffee! Please use the code PICKUP for free shipping and we can email each other to make collection arrangements.

Do my KwithHeart items come with tracking?

Orders do come with tracking however they do not come with insurance. Therefore I can't take any responsibility for lost items through Australia Post.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment is via PayPal Checkout. PayPal is the most secure and you can pay any method you choose. If you prefer not to use PayPal, you can send a bank transfer. Please send me an email and we can go from there.

Refund Policy

Generally there is no refund for a change of mind to your purchase. If for some reason you really have to return an item you will be responsible for returning  the item in new condition with tags in tact.
